Good app ... but, Wind Chill calculation is wrong

In general, a nice app that performs the simple task it is designed to do.

One problem ... the windchill factor calculation is off by a enormous amount.

For example: Right now ... Temp is 4.8 C, and windspeed is 12.9 kmh, and it reports a windchill of -26 C (correct answer is 1.85 C)
